OVERVIEW

Image Processing Technology
The Shinwoo SB-1000+ mixed bill sorter is an intelligent and reliable currency discriminator using image processing technology, provides faster and more accurate deposit processing by eliminating the common interruptions of rejected bills.

Pre-Sorting Is Not Required.
The SB-1000+ has four modes for uninterrupted counting and separation of mixed US dollar bills:

Mixed: Mixed mode identifies and counts mixed denomination notes at speeds of 750 bills per minute.
Single: Single mode counts and separates one denomination of note from others and divert them to reject pocket.
Face: Face mode will process all faced (front side) notes into the main pocket and unfaced (back side) to the reject pocket.
Orientation: Orientation mode will process same direction of front side of a note to the main pocket and other direction of front side of a note to the reject pocket.

Counterfeit Detection
Suspicious notes are detected via dual magnetic- and ultraviolet counterfeit detection sensors, diverting suspected notes to the reject bin without interruption in counting.

Additional Features

Serial: Serial mode (serial number capture) will read serial number of each USD bills and print them to Printer or transfer to a PC program. (Optional Feature)
Print: Print mode will print a report of value and piece count of all denomination of notes with RS232 Serial Dot Matrix or Thermal Printer.
